Product Condition Guide

We do not sell refurbished products. ElectronicsDealz offers open-box, logistics-grade, and lightly imperfect units — all clearly disclosed with photos and condition notes.

Open-Box / Unsealed

Brand-new units where the original packaging has been opened or is unsealed. These are unused, inspected, and ready to use.

Opened for inspection or repackaging — product itself is unused.
Includes original accessories unless listed otherwise.
Usually covered by original brand warranty.

Box-Damage / Logistics Grade

Brand-new units whose outer packaging has cosmetic damage from transit or handling; product inside is intact and tested.

Inner product is unused and functionally tested.
Packaging may be dented, torn, or resealed.
Discounted due to packaging condition, not product performance.

Cosmetic Imperfections (Minor)

Units with light surface marks or scuffs — fully functional but cosmetically imperfect.

Minor scratches, paint scuffs, or tiny dents on the body only.
Photos and precise notes included on the product listing.
Full functional tests performed before listing.

What we test

Every unit goes through a standard functional checklist before listing: battery and charging, display, Wi‑Fi / Bluetooth, ports, sensors, and basic performance benchmarks.

Photos & Warranty

We include real photos of the unit and a clear condition note. Where applicable, original brand warranty remains valid; we also provide a 7‑day return window for undisclosed issues.
