Cancellation and Return Policy

RAJAMI RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered address at 1 Heysham Road Ground Floor, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700020 operates and manages the Electronic Dealz platform. We are committed to providing the best customer experience, from placing an order to initiating a return.

3. Cancellation of Products

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order partially or fully before the product is dispatched for delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product is marked as "Out for Delivery". You can track your order status via the 'My Orders' section on your account.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your order, go to the "My Orders" section of your account. Once we receive the cancellation request, we will attempt to cancel the order or shipment, provided it is not already "Out for Delivery". You will be notified via email regarding the status of the cancellation. Any amounts paid for cancelled orders will be refunded to you within 3-7 business days from the date of cancellation.

4. Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the delivered product is damaged, missing parts, or different from what was ordered, you must contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return.

Eligible Return Products

Products like electronics, mobiles, tablets, home appliances, laptops, and wearables can be returned if found defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 5 days from the delivery date. If you are requesting a return for a product requiring installation, it must not have been installed by a third-party technician.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon receipt:

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product detail page
  • Products that have been tampered with or used improperly
  • Installed products (e.g., air conditioners, washing machines) not installed by our authorized technicians

5. Return Process

Condition for Return

Products must be returned in their original condition along with:

  • Original packaging
  • MRP tags intact
  • User manuals, warranty cards, and original accessories
  • Invoice or receipt

Verification Process

For damaged or defective products, you may need to provide images of the product or allow our personnel to assess the damage. Once verified, we will approve or reject the return request at our discretion.

Initiate Return Request

Contact our customer care team within the specified timeframe for your product category. Provide order details and reason for return.

Return Authorization

Upon approval of the return request, you will receive a Return Authorization Code via email. Our logistics partner will arrange for the product pickup.

Product Pickup

Ensure the product is packed with all original components. Please collect the manifest copy for tracking the return shipment.

Verification & Refund

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will verify its condition and process the refund accordingly.

6. Refund Process

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned product at our warehouse, subject to our verification. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, and it may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.

Refund Exclusions

The refund does not include shipping charges or any additional charges. If the product is damaged or defective due to issues outside our control (e.g., user mishandling), no refund will be issued.

Non-Cash Refunds

We do not provide cash refunds. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit for future purchases.

The final decision regarding the approval or rejection of return or refund requests lies with RAJAMI RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED, based on our verification of the product condition. Any disputes regarding returns, cancellations, or refunds will be resolved in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Exchange Policy

When Exchanges Are Available

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your item, we'll ship the replacement immediately. If the replacement costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
