How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, UPI, and net banking. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes. Once an item ships, cancellation is not possible.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and do not store your payment information on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
🔄Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Some restrictions apply for personalized or opened software items.
How do I initiate a return?
Log into your account, go to "My Orders," and click "Return Item" next to the product. Follow the prompts to print a return label and schedule pickup or drop-off.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
What if I received a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.

What does "unboxed" mean?
Unboxed items are products that have been opened but are in excellent condition. They may be customer returns, display models, or overstock items. Each product is thoroughly tested and comes with a detailed condition report.
How do you grade product conditions?
We use five grades: Like New (perfect condition), Excellent (minor wear), Very Good (light signs of use), Good (noticeable wear but fully functional), and Fair (visible wear but works perfectly).
Do products come with warranties?
Most products come with remaining manufacturer warranty. We also provide our own 30-day functionality guarantee on all items. Extended warranty options are available at checkout.
Are accessories included?
All original accessories are included unless specifically noted in the product description. If original accessories are missing, we provide compatible alternatives when possible.
🚚Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for orders over ₹1,000. For orders under ₹1,000, shipping costs ₹99. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available for ₹199 additional.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery takes 1-2 business days. You'll receive estimated delivery dates at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding to international markets. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times. You'll receive SMS/email notifications with tracking info. You can also reschedule delivery or choose pickup from a nearby location.
