These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") govern your use of the Electronic Dealz website and mobile application (collectively, "Platform"), operated by Electronic Dealz ("we", "us", "our"). 1. Introduction
The Platform provides an online marketplace for the sale of various products ("Products"). The use of the Platform is governed by these Terms, along with other policies such as the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other terms which are displayed to you before completing a transaction.

2.2. Acceptance of Order
We accept your offer and conclude the contract when we dispatch the ordered Product(s) to you and send you a shipment confirmation.
2.3. Cancellations
You can cancel your order at no cost at any time before we dispatch the Product. Cancellations after dispatch are subject to the Return and Refund Policy.
3. Product Availability
We strive to keep our listings accurate; however, Product availability is subject to stock levels. In case a Product is unavailable, we will inform you via email or mobile. Estimated dispatch dates are not guaranteed and may vary based on unforeseen circumstances.
4. Product Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The price displayed at the time of placing the order will be the final price charged.
If the price of a Product changes between placing it in the cart and completing the order, the final price at checkout will be charged.
5. Payment Terms
You agree to pay the full price for the Product(s) purchased, including any applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges. Payments may be made through various online payment gateways as available on the Platform.
6. Taxes and Duties
You will be responsible for all taxes, fees, and charges applicable to your purchase of Products. Any applicable taxes are included in the price at the time of order.

All content, trademarks, and logos displayed on the Platform are owned by Rajami Retail Pvt Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any of this material without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electronic Dealz is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform or any Product purchased from us.
Our total liability to you will be limited to the amount paid for the Product(s) that gave rise to the claim.
9. User Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized access to your account.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Kolkata West Bengal, India.
10.2. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, the dispute may be resolved through arbitration in Kolkata, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the modified Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly to stay informed about updates.
